One time consultations are perfect for folks who have a strong sense of what they need to achieve their goals.

Like any journey, it does not begin and end in one day. During this liminal time between the past and future, you are in the perfect place to decide on your present.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each session is appx. 60-90 minutes. Within this time we discuss your health history current life experiences, as well as your environment, relationships, current relationship with food, and any other relevant information. We will talk about barriers to your healing, and any limitations that you have whether it be financial, mental, physical, etc. We will discuss your goals and work together to develop a plan that fits your expectations, needs, and ability. After our session, you will receive access to a personal Google drive folder that will contain:

your recorded video sessions,
meditations,
meal plans,
shopping lists,
recipes,
workbooks,
journalling prompts,
herb & supplement recommendations and schedule,
and any other relevant ‘homework’.
This will be where we will share any info regarding your personalized program. I will be available for 2 weeks via email or phone. After that, an addition session would be required. If at this point you decide you may need to upgrade to the three month 1:1 program, it will be prorated with the cost of this initial consultation.

First of all, I don't like the language of 'using' an herb. It is exploitative. Plant medicine is a gift from the earth and there needs to be reciprocity and partnership. That is why learning to connect with nature and commune with the plants is a huge part of my practice-for myself and my clients. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Secondly, using herbs to treat symptoms bypasses the true root issue. We dig down and rebuild from the root with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and yes-herbal support. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This year has already taught me so much. I started the year (like so many of us do) with so many ideas and intentions to implement-both in my business and my professional life. Unfortunately, life seemed to have other plans. Overwhelm, exhaustion, emotional issues, etc. Treading water was the theme.
I spent a lot of time really this year thinking about why we always seem to be fighting to get through life. And what to do about it. And over time it came to me.
I’ve realized that when you integrate more of the seasonal flow of nature into your life, it just organically aligns. It’s as simple as slowing down in the winter and focusing on your core wellness. It’s working with the spring to build energy and nourish your body with renewed spirit.
We are not simply observers of nature from the outside of a terrarium.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
WE ARE NATURE.
We are a part of this massive ecosystem. And when we give in and surrender to it,
we thrive.

As we all live in a world where it is hard to remove those things that cause stress in our lives, we are constantly seeking ways to help our bodies adapt.
